What better solution than a sailing boat to travel from island to island for an eco-friendly adventure?
At Mahana Retreat  we love nature and want to protect her, this is why we decided to explore the world aboard  a sailing boat in order to reduce our impact on her. Eco-friendrly travel means respecting the planet by limiting our impact on the environment as much as possible. To make our cruises possible, we use solar, wind and marine energies. Choosing a non-polluting transport is the starting point for greener tourism. But eco-responsible tourism goes even further. This means to eat local product, to minimize single-use materials, to reduce plastic packaging and use aboard environmentally friendly products. In order to have a minimal impact we use soaps and household products of natural origin. Once aboard, we strongly encourage our passengers to use ecosystem-friendly beauty products, soaps and sunscreens. Our desire to respect nature, land and sea, guided us during the founding of Mahana Retreat.
