Manutea
Born on a sailingboat in Tahiti, Manutea, the captain, is an officer in the merchant navy. He is in charge of navigation and supervision of nautical activities. He followed a 6-year training course in France at the French Maritime Academy (ENSM), to graduate with a diploma as a merchant navy officer and an engineering diploma. After his graduation, he sailed all around the world as officer on luxury cruise ships for the french company Ponant. Passionate about the sea, keen on sailing, water sports and above all in love with French Polynesia, this project is a real vocation for him. Thanks to his knowledge of the sea, of French Polynesia and thanks to his work experiences, Manutea is a key part of Mahana Retreat. French Polynesia is everything for him and he shares all the wonders of this paradise creating amazing routes according to activities and passengers demands.
Priscyllia
After studying journalism, Priscyllia quickly joined the sea as a videographer on board the luxury yachts of the French company Ponant. After several years of immortalizing the wonders of the world, she obtained a new position and worked as Guest Relations Manager and then Cruise Director. Between contracts at sea, Priscyllia has completed several yoga and meditation retreats. In 2019, she followed a Hatha Yoga teacher training (200 YTT, Vikasa - Koh Samui) and today wishes to offer a well-being break in a magical place while allowing tourists to discover the wonders of French Polynesia and the pleasures of the sea. Thanks to her various positions on board cruise ships, Priscyllia will be in charge of the well-being of passengers, the organization of cruises, as well as yoga classes.
